Clare Akamanzi has been leading the Rwanda Development Board as CEO since 2017. Prior to this appointment, she had already been Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of RDB. Clare has also held various positions as a diplomat at the World Trade Organization, lead for the Strategy & Policy Unit in the Office of the President, and as Commercial Attaché.
